This is what I wore for my uncle’s wedding today. I planned on wearing my precious light pink silk gown but just as I started experimenting with coordination I realised its zipper was completely busted! Luckily my family is not so keen on dressing up so I got away with this ingenious layering. That’s a top, a really really really big top as dress and a bolero all in one! Da-dummm! I know, I know, I can’t comprehend my geniality at times either.
My father thought my ingenious layering a tad too kitsch. Are you kidding me? Is he truly my father? Does anyone who knows me truly believe that I will ever dress up classy? Tsk.

First of all sorry for falling of the face of the blogosphere but I was busy feverishly working for school. I thought I was about to fail and had to become a waitress and be sexually harassed for the rest of my life! While suddenly not being able to deal with old men touching my ass while I serve them drinks, become psychotic because of drinking gin with my cats all night and die in a gutter covered in shit! Luckily I graduated yesterday without any resits whatsoever! XD I am indeed a dramaqueen.
Now let’s talk dresses! I’ve been wearing this amazingly kitsch yet awesome dress for about a week now. One because I hardly have any light summery dresses and it’s face-meltingly hot out and two because OMG LOOK AT IT. It personally reminds me of the dress Yuki is wearing in this video. Okay, not really but the overly girly babydoll aura that dress has versus clunky boots remind me of it? …or maybe I’m obsessed with Yuki. All is possible.
It’s actually a nightgown but heeeyyyyy let’s not talk conventional dressing here.
Also now that I have the time I’m going to insert some changes in this blog soon and not only focus on ridiculous outfits but also on fashion inspiration. The inspiration I personally get isn’t so much gotten from designers but pop culture. So yeah, let’s see what happens and if I will indeed execute this decision. So stay tuned! =D
